No, that's a good question. The system is that only once you get 3 ratings yourself can you actually rate other posts. You've just got your 3rd rating, so you will now see rating icons in the corner of every post (when you hover your cursor over the post).

No problem. I should've also mentioned that now you have 3 post ratings, you'll be able to access the Videos section of the site too! :)
