despee 2
Hi everyone. I drink 2-2.5 liters of water per day and on top of that I always have tea, latte and sometimes energy drinks. I can’t feel the urge to pee for several hours. Those types of situations when I have to go like right here right now happens extremely rarely. I would like to pee more often, but I can’t. Usually I visit toilet 4-5 times per day and I would like to pee more often. Do you have any recommendations how to activate my bladder? F22, in case that matters. P.S. English id not my first language and I’m sorry for any types of mistakes that i make in this post 1 Link to post
clay6 319
Do you feel like you have a pretty large bladder capacity? How long does it usually take you to pee each of those 4-5 times a day. It could be that you just need to drink even more. Everyone is a little different and I’m sure you can find what will work for you. Link to post

Foobar 781
Diuretics (e.g. tea, coffee, certain medications) help incr urination. Personally I'd suggest green tea or herbal teas for their health benefits. Link to post
