Where do I upload a MP4 of me. How large can it be, can it be 30 mb or 110 mb

It's not related to size...    The Peefans site is able to accept static images in various formats (JPG, GIF, PNG etc) and also short motion clips in GIF format up to a maximum size of 5MB.   But the site cannot accept video formats, no matter what their size.

Instead we recommend hosting the clip on a different site somewhere - Erome is a typical example.  And then you can post a link to the clip.
