That website has a terrible reputation for their dishonesty, and the fact that all of their content is stolen from others. I would recommend against dealing with them. There's a reason the payment system there changes constantly and is so sketchy. Don't trust them.

Hey, cesare! It's the first time in almost 7 years of our sites' operations that we have a member resorting to a third-party site for support. This is amusing to say the least. Naturally, for every payment method of ours there are clear instructions (including video guides where feasible) on how to use them, as well as where you should go for troubleshooting. There is also a very hard-to-miss "Support" link right in the header. Indeed, the only way you could have possibly ended up asking for help at PeeFans is if you made an effort to avoid reading any of that and did not do even a basic site search.

Anyway, you're always welcome to reach out to us at support.vids.rip for any issues and inquiries about our sites.

Otherwise, we'd like to request this thread does not become a round 2 of discussing our business practices. We have previously pointed out and supported with evidence the fact our "terrible reputation" amounts to nothing more than slander, actively spread around by a handful of our former customers, banned for serious offenses like fraud or attempting a siterip - who've been on a revenge mission ever since and are presently exploiting PeeFans as a medium for their hate campaign.

We'd like you to realize that as a site that's been around for what will soon be a decade, there is exactly zero logic in us ever being "sketchy" or "dishonest" in dealing with our customers. After all, we are not selling bread - we are selling fetish content. Which means our audience is limited by design and by definition - hence our vested interest that every customer of ours ultimately becomes a returning one. In fact, quite a few members of ours have been with us for many years now, the present poster of this message included. So in reality, we have a large community of members happy with our service at Vids, that's only been growing since our platform upgrade last year. Ultimately, we feel it's unfair when a vocal minority of 2 or 3 disgruntled individuals (who haven't been our customers since at least 2023) is being perceived as a representative "voice" of our community. Let alone when their anecdotes are given preference over a first-hand account of events we've been commited to provide.
