I was walking past a small car-park beside a main road, when a female suddenly popped up from between two cars and walked out in front of me.

She was wearing a skirt of witch the bottom hem was tucked into the waistband of her knickers at the back.

So I looked between the cars and yes there was a puddle and a wet tissue there.

I once had similar at a car park at Wembley Arena in London. I was returning to my car with my wife and daughter and a woman came out from behind her car, which was parked next to mine. She was doing up her belt as she returned to her car. I didn't see the results because I was with my family, but I'm convinced she peed behind the car.
