How do I piss the bed without my parents finding out?

You can try a few things. You could buy those absorbent bed mats, that way you can wet without damaging the sheets or bed (make sure you get the right absorbency as otherwise it’ll overflow. Lol

You could also buy a fully waterproof mattress protector, then wet and afterwards put it all In the wash straight away. The mattress will stay clean and dry but you get the full experience of wet sheets. 
Diapers are an option if it’s more about just going while in bed and not about puddles etc.

if you don’t want to buy anything then I guess put down a lot of folded towels and go on them and again just put them all in the wash after. 
I really don’t recommend wetting the mattress as it does stain and will smell, even if you can’t smell it they will as they won’t be so accustomed to pee smells. And cleaning a mattress after being peed on is a huge task and you’d have to explain to your parents what you were doing and why. Lol

There is possibly a line of logic that doing something once is excusable as a random accident but more than once will raise questions...

If you were to have an accident as a one off, as a young adult it would unexpected but certainly not impossible.  For example if you'd been out for Christmas drinks, came home and happened to wet the bed in your sleep?   The morning after you can play the humble game, agreeing with your parents that it was because you drank more than normal, you'll not drink so much again...  (and your secret will be safe with us).

If you have actually had a few drinks there's a good chance your pee will be water clear and less likely to smell as it dries. 

Of course you can probably only play out that scenario just the once?  Until you get your own place anyway.  But before then there are the mattress protector options as mentioned.

I definitely want to go with the mattress protector when I try peeing in bed.
