There's no reason why not @Peevert, there's nothing in the site rules against it.

What the rules do ask is that Non-Pee adult content is placed in the Sex & Porn area, so in other words if your content were Pee and Masturbation together then it'd be fine in Men Peeing here, and if it was just male masturbation then Sex & Porn is better.

There are already a number of threads on the subject of masturbation in Sex & Porn. Some female, but others male oriented.  Some are created by individual people in the same way as you're asking, and there is a certain etiquette of not hijacking their threads, but others are more general - you'll get an idea browsing through them.

So you could either add to a general existing thread or create a specific post of your own.  We do have a large male membership of course and some (definitely not all) are a bit iffy about seeing other guys in the act, so if choosing a title it's worth making it clear that it's male masturbation.  That also helps your appreciative audience find and enjoy it.
