That's interesting. I stand up to pee and I notice that I don't make that hissing sound because my labia are retracted out of the way. 

I've touched my own peehole with my fingers, the inner structure of the clitoris runs around the hole and vaginal opening. Hence it is sensitive and pleasant to touch.
