Have you paid for access? The restrictions on the unpaid d/l are crazy, 120 min wait time, 105 min d/l for a 300 meg file (capped at 30kps), it's just wasteful.

If you have signed up, could you let us know if it's workable?

Depending on how much time you have, you may want to consider one of the FileBoom shorter memberships. Premium Pro is $10US for 3 days, 50GB/day, and (IIRC) $6 for same length, 30GB/day. I paid for the $6 one last month, and was able to d/l six files at once, at a pretty good speed (~2Mbps). Good luck!
