I can't imagine going to a spa with swimwear on hahaha. I like the fact that we're not so reserved in Germany. You can even go naked in a lot of parks where people are enjoying the sun naked.

It was a complex in Germany where nudity is standard. It's unisex so man and woman all walk around naked (small minority with a towel). Here in Germany we really don't care about nudity and think it's normal to walk around naked in a spa. It's sometimes funny as you may spot a boner now and then but nobody cares. The ones that looked just looked when walking by but didn't say anything about it. It's a nice feeling to casually walk around naked in the complex while having a pee.

Yesterday I went to a sauna / spa and really had to pee. I just walked around naked and let it flow when walking through the complex. Some people were looking but most of them just ignored it.
