Hold today first in a while

Started holding this morning, first time I've done a hold in a long time. I don't know if I am going to hold till desperate and have an "accident" or if I am going to hold until I have to go and just wet myself. If I do the second one, I'll probably wet more than once today.

It is a great stress reliever, it feels good, it is fun, it doesn't hurt anyone, its easy to clean up, and did I mention it feels good? What's not to love?

I sometimes hold as long as practical whilst working on the computer and I sit on a towel so that when I finally can't hold it anymore I soak the towel and enjoy the warmth all around my balls and backside..
