After high school I joined the military. I stayed in for 4 years and then had to get out because of family issues. I had returned to my old home town where I went to school and was staying in my old home by myself. The house had 3 bedrooms but I was the only one staying there. One day I stopped by a local store when someone walked in. It was a girl named Dawn that I had dated for a while back in high school.

I walked over and said hello and we struck up a conversation. Dawn told me that after high school she got married but it didn't last and she had gotten divorced. She explained to me ...much to my surprise that she was Bi sexual and was now living with another girl I knew from High School named Cathy. Now Dawn had a killer body with Boobs that stood out proud and firm...sadly I never got far enough with her in school to get a look at them. She told me that she and Cathy were living in an apartment but they were having to move out. She said they had a house they were going to be moving into but they were remodeling it and it would not be ready to move into for about 4 to 6 weeks. She said she had no idea where they were going to stay in the meantime.

I told her I was staying in my old home all alone and had plenty of extra room and they would be welcome to stay with me until the house was ready. She told me she appreciated the offer but they had no extra money to give me for staying with me because they were saving all their money to put down the deposit on the house. I told her it was OK they were still welcome to stay with me...but she didn't feel right about it unless they paid me. Then out of the blue she said "What about sex?" I asked her what she meant.

"What if I pay you with sex?" she said. The idea sounded great to me..then I figured what did I have to lose. So I told her about my interest in watersports and I asked her if she thought she could trade me wet sex for rent? She told me she had never done anything like that before but she didn't see why not. So the stage was set.

During this time Cathy was actually out of town visiting family....so it was just me and Dawn. The following Saturday I met Dawn at her apartment and we started loading things into my car to take over to my house. Dawn said she had been up since 5 am drinking coffee and packing. On the way to my house with the second load of things Dawn announced "I gotta Pee" After unloading the car Dawn started for the bathroom...she looked at me and said "Are you coming or not?" So I followed her into the bathroom. She quickly undid her jeans and sat on the toilet with her legs spread wide....I asked if it was OK with her if I put my hand under her and she said sure. It took her a minute or so to get started but when she let go it was like a firehose. Her hot piss sprayed all over my hand...her pee smelled like the coffee she had been drinking all morning. After she was finished I washed my hands and she pulled up her jeans and buckled up. She asked me if I enjoyed that and I assured her that I did. She seemed eager to try other things when the time was right.

I realize this is a very old topic, and that there was probably some elaboration in other threads, but I might have missed it.  Would someone mind linking it, if so?  Wetman's story here is one of my favorites.
