I had the best luck on Ome.tv - I tried a few others but most other sites are either all bots or all men. Monkey might be another good one but I was banned there early on. Ome.tv lets you just pay to be unbanned. Some other sites you can pay to get only women, or pay to get "better" matches, I never tried that but maybe it's worthwhile.
