Ever leaked

If my bladder is even half full I tend to spurt a bit or dribble if i laugh or sneeze or try to pick up something heavy or if startled. Tickling is a sure way to get me to release and not fun even though I may be laughing.  I always carry and use panty liners and have a spare pair in a ziplock bag in the purse.

I actually think that’s very adorable, when a girl has a little leak while sneezing, laughing or being tickled 🙈 Good idea to always have a spare pair with you 😉

Happened to me once.

Long story, but I ended up having to make a trip across a city on the metro whilst nearly full and started dribbling slightly about 10 minutes before I had any chance of getting to a toilet. By the time I reached the venue I was desperate and, after dropping by bag and coat with friends, headed straight to the toilet and started leaking more, giving up once I was in the cubical and sat flooding my boxers.

Been close many other times, but almost always managed to keep dry or end up with a slight spurt brought on by stress incontinence or coughing/sneezing.

When I had a Kidney stone a while back I got into  a really good talk with my Urologist (who was older) about my nightly bedwetting till I was 14. Like he said the body does slowly start to revert back to when you were a child in some areas such as bedwetting. It is mostly psychological. He said many Doctors say it's not normal and suggest surgery or a clamp implant especially if you are married or have significant other that can't stand it. But if your single or widowed and don't mind it, to do what he does wear the guards when your out and about and regular briefs underwear to bed and around the house. He said if there is nothing physically wrong the always try opt out of surgery. I will be taking that advice and let nature take it's course.

I don't think I'd undergo surgery for it. Maybe if I was in a relationship and it was causing interference with a spouse it would be a possibility. But that's not my situation. One of my docs told me there are pills to help control urge urinary incontinence but so far I've resisted that option as well.
