Cannot Access Pornhub:Not Available in my Country

This link is just one of my backup links to photos, but cannot view it, EVEN ON VPN!

Tried various servers from different countries. Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

Main site I can access, but links link above I cannot. I also tried to put www.fr.pornhub.com.......and that won't work either. (fr for France).

I don't know if it is the same in other places, but TX has started asking for verification, i.e. personal info to go on certain sites. Pornhub cannot be viewed in TX neither can others.

I'm in the US (in a state with no internet restrictions), and I get the same message for that link.  However, I have no problem accessing anything else on Pornhub, so there must be some special restrictions on that specific link.

I can't figure it out either. I remember doing some digging and saw article say something about Europe placing some kind of restriction on access. Don't remember why. Thought VPN would help US censorship.
