Bus trip with associated desperation

I'll tell you about an episode of desperation from yesterday: practically in the afternoon I went shopping with my sister. While we were at the mall i felt the urge to pee, even though it wasn't that big, but I still wanted to pee to avoid complications later. Unfortunately, with my usual luck, they were cleaning the women's bathrooms and so i went back to my sister, i said to myself "if I really have to go, I'll go to the station or on the train when we get back". 
To my bitter surprise, however, the train we were supposed to take was replaced by a replacement bus because they were doing some work on the railway line at that time. Since the bus was about to leave I didn't have time to visit the station bathroom and at that point the need to pee was quite intense and i was a little worried. Compared to the train, the bus has no bathrooms where you can relieve yourself, so I had no choice but to keep her until she got home. Furthermore, the bus would have taken longer than the train because the road is longer, so it would have taken an hour to get there instead of the usual 30 minutes. So overall it would have been almost 3 hours without visiting the bathroom which for me and my tiny bladder, is really a long time. In fact i confessed to my sister "I'm afraid of having an accident" and she was a little worried she tried to console me and distract me by talking.
About halfway through the trip my situation wasn't the best, my bladder was hurting and I really needed to relieve myself, i was sitting on my side with my hands pressed on my groin, while my sister caressed my head telling me words of comfort, while i told her i wasn't sure i could do it.
In the end, by some miracle, i managed to arrive dry at the end of the journey even though getting down of the bus without getting completely wet was really difficult, because i was about to explode.
However, as we were walking home from the stop, i felt a terrible pang and froze. My sister looked at me worriedly saying "come on we're almost home" but I replied with tears in my eyes "i can't, i can't, help me" and i crouched down behind a car with her who started covering me as best she could and I was finally able to let out all that pee that was torturing my bladder. While i was urinating i said to my sister "sorry, I couldn't take it anymore" and she replied "don't worry, but hurry or they won't see you"

I love reading them.  On one hand, I feel sympathy for you, I know how desperation makes a person feel, having been in that situation myself many times.  But I also find it arousing to read about your desperation, and the huge relief you clearly have when you can't hold it any longer.

When you're desperate, it's bad in the moment. But then in retrospect i always find my experiences exciting

Several years ago, I was going through radiation treatment for prostate cancer- which is cured. But the radiation treatment would make me need to pee every 45 minutes.  There were a few times driving when I wasn't able to hold it, and I soaked my pants.  I would get turned on, the more desperate I became.

 

Most times, if I was driving, and it was in an unpopulated area,I would pull over to the side of the road, and using my car as a screen, unzip and pee on the side of the road.

Well, the cancer was caught early.  But like most men my age, my prostate is enlarged and I need to pee frequently.  At least once a week I have to pee somewhere in public, in a car park or on the side of the road.  It doesn't worry me now, I am accustomed to it.

But seeing you desperate would turn me on, and if you list control, and wet yourself...  that would be very exciting to see

I understand you, i have had a congenital bladder defect since birth, which makes it less capacious and elastic, which is why i need to go often. For me, keeping it for 2 hours is like for a normal person, keeping it for like three times as long
