Surprise in hospital toilet

Hey all, yesterday I had to go to the hospital to see a ear specialist as I keep having trouble with my ears. So after spending an hour driving around the car park to find a space, I felt the urge to pee but put it off until I had seen the specialist. Was kept waiting to be called, was really in the need to go but tried to put it out of my mind, as I knew if I went before I was called I would end up being missed. So after a 45 minutes check and was told to come back for another look and maybe a scan, I was able to go and find a toilet. As I made my way, the corridors were very quiet for late afternoon which I would normally have expected to be busy. Anyway I found the toilets, checking that the coast was clear slipped into the ladies and headed for the middle stall of a five stall toilet, easy to get away if needed. Anyway I sat down on the toilet to pee, when I heard the door open and a few patter of feet, doors slamming shut before hearing that familiar sound of women peeing, farting and hissing. This lasted about 20 mins, thought better to stay put until it quiet down. I was about to go when I heard the door open again and the door of the stall on my left hand side slammed shut but instead of hearing any pee sound, but a buzzing sound and thought it was strange and took a careful peep, there was a a dirty blonde doctor I would say as she had her stepherscope around her neck getting her self off with a vibrator. I could see her yellow panties bunched around her scrub trousers. I watched her getting her self off and would have loved to have had a play but thought I would wait until I got home as I didn't want to miss anything. It was not long before she finished and watched her pulling up her panties and scrubs, a lovely ass and a very hairy. I gave it about 10 mins before sneaking out and heading for the car.

That is so true
