I have been working at a event in the south east this weekend. Part of my job is quite mobile and I cover a large area. This particular event gets people out in the villages to watch as the cars drive past. 

I was around halfway along the route and my need to piss was getting stronger, so I decided it was time to look for somewhere. 1 village had a large gathering, so I drove through it and noticed quite a long layby. Many people had parked there and walked up to stand on the village green and watch as the cars went past I pulled into the end of the layby and was going to just piss at the side of my truck. That was until I realised there was still some people sat in their cars. I am in my work uniform and drive a very conspicuous vehicle so I thought I better not. I did notice a gap in the hedge so I slipped into there was a small track into the woods. I didn’t bother to walk very far at all, and found a tree almost immediately where I was, so I stepped behind it and unzipped and started to piss against the tree. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a woman who I presume was a jogger by what she was wearing. She stepped to the tree almost parallel to me. Still, she has not seen me. That's a perfect sighting!   Totally unexpected and with someone who didn't mind being seen and engaged in conversation.  Nice that she allowed you to enjoy the view and she seemed to appreciate her view of you too.

With an event such as that, I bet there was plenty of public peeing, but being in the right place at the right time is what counts.
