More than bing

This going to take a while and technically this does have something to do with pee. I have tried to use bing chat to ask questions about pee and he refuses to answer. I found this live feed of a pier that you can walk under and if you wanted to, you could pee under it. I wanted to ask bing if there was a law against and he said I'm sorry but it is inappropriate. does anyone know of a chatbot that you can ask questions like that and get answers that bing chat are not allowed to answer. Administration, please but this in the proper category, I'm new at this thanks
