Can you post videos on this site on this forum, if yes what length can you post

@Bob1992 - The site here doesn't allow video clips to be uploaded directly - it can only support pictures and also GIF clips.

Instead what we recommend is to post videos to a third party site and then post a link to them here.   Many people use sites like Erome for that reason, but it's your choice.
