Katniss Destroys the Careers' Water

Hopefully not too "extreme", because this is a fictional battle royale game, meaning it's already fighting to death.

I froze as the last Career disappeared into the trees, searching for who blew up their food supply; now it was time to take away their water. Stealthily I descended the rocky slope to the clear pond the tributes had been drinking from. I swept the surrounding area for traces of recent activity before inching forward.

Once I reached the edge, I filled up my water bottle with the pond water and chugged it all, a rare luxury during the Games, especially for a non-Career like me. The cold, clean liquid soothed my parched throat. I refilled the bottle and screwed on the cap to save for later - I doubt I will come upon such a bounty again.

I dropped my pants to my ankles and crouched at the bank. My full bladder had been screaming for release for hours. I relaxed my muscles and let the pungent yellow stream flow freely. I watched as the pond water began to change hue before my eyes, first dilute and then saturated. The tranquil tinkling sounded strangely melodic reverberating off the rocks. I sank deeper into a squat to better angle the flow and spread my scent across a wider shoreline span.

After making sure I used every last drop by releasing the last satisfying spurts, I lingered a bit longer, mentally marking this place with my own primal signature. This was my toilet now. Before pulling up my pants, I scooped up handfuls of water from the last small patch of pond that remained clear blue, and used it to wash my crotch. The pond already appeared wholly transformed, and now the careers will have to choose between thirst or drinking my pee.

It's a full bladder but also very concentrated. The only time the book actually mentions urine it was dark brown.
