I have done this a couple of time - not a regular thing - but I did go through a time where I would add some piss (direct from the tap) to my oatmeal. I've never thought that piss could be a flavoring in food, though I do enjoy gulping it down from time to time. What kind of pee did you use (strong/dillute)? and did you use any other food items? I use weaker piss late in the day after I've been drinking some water. I make the oatmeal in the evening for the following day. I've also added piss to rice when cooking it and soups.
