But as I got older and wiser, I learnt that YT removes all the good ones and you need to visit better, more specialist sites (like this one?!) for anything good. Link to post

To be honest, I doubt you're going to find many particularly good videos on youtube. Occasionally you may stumble across something great if you know what to search and get a bit lucky (as they'll remove most of what I'd consider 'good' videos), but with so many great free clips on other sites, I'd look there instead. This site is a good place to start with our Pee Blog and Video links area. After that, maybe try sites like eroprofile, as you'll find some of the good (but now deleted) youtube videos have ended up there. That's the other thing with youtube, if you do find something good, download it! There have been several discussions of YouTube and it's guidelines here before, check this thread out. Link to post
