Near where I live I see them fly from ridge tops down to sea level (usually to a beach) and they aren't up that long, so it would be perfectly adequate just to go before takeoff. While I imagine it would be cool to watch the pee falling below you if you do pee in the air, the concentration required to keep control of the parachute while doing it probably means it is difficult to properly enjoy the experience.
