1badboy 581
Every story I have ever attempted to submit to Literotica -- a very popular porn site -- has been rejected. I try to start roleplaying threads and they are deleted. I don't believe "watersports" are prohibited since "Leakyone" has posted many stories there. My latest rejected thread was "Grizzly Mountain". I posted the same exact thread here as a roleplay. What am I writing that is so offensive? Please don't hold back, tell me what I am doing wrong. Link to post
PissFanOmega 206
Ask Laural, the person responsible for rejecting stories. Ask the local moderator (for the section you're posting in) for a reason why your threads are deleted. I doubt anyone here would be able to guess at the staff's motivations on another site, but the content probably needs adjustment, because that's the most common reason I've seen for anything being rejected. 1badboy 581
I just checked the forum and my thread is back. I still wonder why they rejected it when I submitted the full story. They said that it had underage sex, but there was none. The closest thing to underage sex was a "shared dream" following sex at the lodge in the spirit realm. Billy (As an adult) was with Ruka (As an adult) back at an Army base from his childhood. His mother was knocking on the bedroom door asking if he was in there with a girl. And his childhood friend, Tommy, was peeking in the window threatening to tell. It was supposed to symbolize the guilt he felt when he initially had sex with Ruka. Link to post
steve25805 126,146
@1badboy. I have submitted a number of stories to Literotica, but many others were rejected for little apparent reason. When one got rejected several times in spite of re-edits - all time consuming - I pretty much gave up. The only reason I was ever given concerned punctuation and grammar, yet after the re-edits all such errors were definitely weeded out, whilst stories from others containing grammatical errors were still approved. They kept trying to encourage me to find someone to help edit my work - which is what they prefer writers to do - but finding someone suitable for my niche was like looking for a needle in a haystack and I couldn't be arsed. So by being too picky they only managed to drive me away and discourage me from writing. It takes a lot of time and effort to write a story and even more to edit it again - and again - only for that effort to have been wasted. I didn't want to waste my time anymore. Link to post

No contact has to take place in the story for Laural to deny it. She considers witnessing an event to also be involvement, and that's part of the guidelines as well. If you remove stuff like that from the story, you should be able to get it approved, provided nothing else goes against the submission guidelines. Link to post

But I've also had the same problem as Steve. My submission gets rejected for grammer or punctuation mistakes. I rework it, resubmit it -- and then it gets rejected with no explanation. I wonder if the Grizzly Mountain story was offensive because it took place in a lodge over a valley where the fertility spirits lived. So of course 'Billy' gets 'Ruka' pregnant -- and they REALLY want the baby! There's not just a drive to have sex there, but there are also exaggerated maternal and paternal feelings. Link to post
1badboy 581
I could resubmit it if it gets rejected again as a sexual roleplaying thread -- but I think I will let it die. It needs to be edited for brevity. The beginning is just too long. And I think my Literotica name is very good. Years ago I got a huge response to my threads whenI called myself "Beachboy" -- because I was living near the beach in San Diego California. I think the pen name somehow made my threads more appealing. Link to post

She usually responds as quick as she can with an explanation. Just keep in mind, she's the one running the show, and she's the only one that handles story submissions. Link to post
