Yes it called stress incontinent.  It very common as we get older. Mine is more that a dribble it usually a good squirt. Leave a nice wet spot in the panties.  If I cross my leg when I feel a sneeze come on it can usually hold it.  If I have a bad cold we’re I’m coughing a lot I wear pad because I can soak myself.   
another huge problem is when getting sick.  One of my worse fears is getting sick away from home. When I throw up there is no holding anything. It’s really embarrassing.  I usually just stick a towel between my legs so I don’t have a mess to clean up while being sick. Sorry if that to much tmi
