Girls,i guess most of you might have had this kind of thing?

 

In this video however,to me the "doctor" looks like hes the janitor,who has maybe tied the real doctor up,in order to carry out vaginal inspections.This is similar to my fantasies,where i pretend to be a "doctor" etc.
