Holding for the first time

I decided to try holding tonight. Anyone tips or suggestions? Or just want to know how it’s going?

I'm not sure about tips on the actual hold - other than just enjoy it!!!   As far as the forum goes though - huge kudos for sharing.  It may seem like nobody's interested, but sadly it's more a case that sometimes nobody can be bothered replying. Lots of people in different time zones and the like.

Personally, I love to hear the description - the details, how it's going, where you are, how desperate you are. A lot of people use a 1-10 scale.   So yes please, how's it going or how did it go?
