Necro-threading (forgive me). Micro-sized myself. I'm trans and had what's called metoidioplasty. Urinals tend to work out fine. Except for the rare splatter. Big fan of small dicks myself. Never let it hold you back, gentlemen.

Freeing. Not usually arousing unless it's "less acceptable" (parking garage, alleyway) or I'm being watched.
