I think it is because girls typically sits or squat when they are peeing. My girlfriend has a big stream when she is on the toilet but a softer one when she stands up in the bathtube....

It is a very personal thing, nothing you discuss at work. Most of my intrest is secret, very personal but my girlfriend and some people at messenger knows about it. My girlfriend think it is okay and she is performing to me somethimes when we are taking a shower or a bath.
