I am seriously squirming now! I was doing some colouring in earlier and now I need it so bad I can’t concentrate on it!

I think I’m possibly at an 8 now. Actively squeezing thighs 

I’m hanging on. But it’s getting harder

I really need to go now!

I’ve heard of like pressing on your bladder for x seconds or spreading your legs without holding, or drinking quickly
