well as an old man....lol....and not small member....ahem....lol.....yes uti's suck, I advise going before either way....the whole body can take a beating after several hours....porn stars or not....if the intent is watersports, still go before....drink fluids between shoots...etc....orgasms....etc....and it will happen....none of those things are all that quick....and if they are....you are not having fun with it....lmbo
