Well, the color is good i believe, i do drink alot of water and take supplements and vitamins. I eat healthy 6 days a week. I had maby times where it is almost transparent. I believe thats what my boyfriend is referring too, as it taste like warm water.

I am at work, bright and early and I found the 2L measuring cup. I have about 1 hour to do this before the other employes show up and I am trying to hold this in as long as I can to a point my eyes are starting to get yellow!

Hi Siegala, it is not a question of shy because I am and I do have some class too. There comes a time when you can't find any place or don't know the area, everything to prevent an accident. This is why I know the area I am in, to locate the free bathrooms. The traffic jam was a question of accident and deal with it or at this point, who cares. I went with option B. Yes some people might have seen me but it's people I don't know and I am not the first to do it. :tongue:

Hi Kevin, actually, I have been getting advice from glad1 about the long jets. I once did 4 feet but have not tried it since, I believe I have to push like I would be giving birth. I will give it a try maybe tonight because BF has a setup with a measuring tape of some sort.

Oh that was a form of bench my boyfriend was using to cut stuff on and just put a toilet seat. I find it easier to focus sitting than squatting.
