How many times do holds ?

I like holding and drinking lots of liquid here. I try to hold it a couple times a week. The morning are the best big cup of coffee, water and juice. During the day drink lots of water and cold green tea which really makes me pee.

Then the weekends drinking lots of beer really makes me pee and I like to hold it. I love to hold it at bars too when I am out. I love to see and hear women desperation needing to after drinkings lots beers or mixed drinks.

I love to see long lines for the ladies room too and I love to hearing love pees from them. My question how many holds to you do during the week or moth ? How long do you hold it for  ? How much do you drink before you go ?
