Only really seen these when at festivals or camping, and they tend to inspire alternatives, like pissing in a bottle (which means you can stay in the room or tent until the morning!), or just going outdoors somewhere, if the site's not too busy. I have had many occasions . Where I had to use those privvy's / what i cal Out Houses to pee as well as the other .
