Nice and thick. It comes out at a normal pace but everywhere so it usually gets on the toilet seat, sometimes down my thigh/leg when I am hovering. I make sure to clean up after I am done.

I’m always curious if the thickness of the stream has to do with the level of desperation. Or the shape of the urethra? Also, if the pressure buildup makes that what causes the hissing noise
