To me it sounds like she is definitely open to it continuing. Either she is starting to find the peeing part somewhat interesting OR she is really in to you and enjoys seeing you get off whichever way needed. As a woman who's definitely not into males, I'd find every possible excuse not to even get into the car with you if I didn't enjoy it somewhat.  Especially after you.... you know (orgasmed).  Unless she's just a pushover who can't say no and it's always you proposing these little drives, there's a decent chance she enjoys it.  But always better safe than sorry.  Get as much enthusiastic consent as possible.
