The travel by train with my desperate friend

I was inspired to write a story, as always i apologize for my English which sucks, but I'm not a native lenguage 🤣

Sarah and Alex had known each other since they were children and had always been very close, as neither of them were very popular and they had many friends. Sarah was a somewhat masculine girl with a tomboyish appearance but with a kind face, while Alex on the other hand was a slender boy with very feminine features. Alex had often been bullied in the past, but Sarah had always come to his rescue. Although they both harbored something more than a friendship, neither had yet taken the first step. On campus they didn't have much connection with their roommates and always ended up spending time together since they understood each other. Once the end-of-semester holidays arrived, the two prepared to return home to their town, which was a few hours away by train.
That morning Alex's alarm didn't ring so he hurried to get to the station, due to the rush he didn't have time to go to the bathroom for his morning pee, he thought to himself that he would use the facilities on the train. Arriving at the station, he saw Sarah who was relieved to see him finally arrive as the train was about to leave.
Sarah, a lover of tranquility, had searched and found an empty compartment and the two had taken their seats.
Sarah started talking about her vacation plans and Alex knew that she would definitely take him on some hiking trip or something, he wasn't thrilled about it, but he liked spending time with Sarah.
While they were talking the need to pee made itself felt strongly in Alex's lower abdomen, and he tightened his thighs and sighed. She was asked if everything was ok, and Alex very embarrassed confessed to her that in order not to miss the train she hadn't had time to pee in the morning. Sarah giggled and told him to go to the bathroom, which must be at the back of the train.
Alex, blushing, got up and headed there, but when he arrived he felt faint, there was a red sign on the door indicating that the bathroom was out of order. He panicked because in these old trains it wasn't possible to go from one carriage to another and he got stuck there. He urgently needed to urinate and had no way to relieve himself.
He returned to Sarah who frowned when she saw the boy's worried and very uncomfortable expression. She who had always been protective of her, asked her what was wrong and Alex explained that the bathroom was out of order. Sarah was worried and asked her if she would be able to last the whole trip, since their stop was almost 3 hours away and Alex replied with a broken voice that she had no choice. So the two sat down again.
Sarah, watching her friend's discomfort, was worried but part of her was quite excited by her squirming.
Alex wanted to hold onto his penis to relieve some of the pressure, but he was ashamed to do it in front of Sarah.
The girl then saw Alex's growing discomfort, she advised him to undo the button on his jeans, maybe she would relieve the pressure a little. Alex, embarrassed, stiffened and this actually gave him a very small relief, since now his jeans were no longer tight on his full bladder.
After about an hour and a half Alex was in a desperate situation, he was now squeezing his penis despite the presence of his best friend who was looking at him more and more excited. Alex started complaining that he didn't have it anymore and that he was about to piss himself. Sarah tried to comfort him as best she could but there was little she could do.
At a certain moment an idea came to him, but he immediately discarded it because it was too embarrassing, but he saw Alex who was almost in tears and so, gaining courage, he told him that perhaps he knew a way to help him even if it could be terribly embarrassing and not like him.
Alex's desperation was so great that she told him that everything was fine with him, that he was fine with anything.
Sarah blushed visibly and told him that she knew that when men have an erection they have difficulty peeing and so if they got aroused perhaps this could help him hold in his pee. Alex blushed and replied that excitement was the last thing on his mind at that moment.
Sarah's face turned as red as a ripe tomato and he told her that she could help him. Alex wanted to refuse but he felt that he was about to lose control of his bladder and in the end he agreed.

Sarah checked that there was no one in sight, and with trembling hands she approached Alex, finished undoing the boy's jeans and was surprised to see some rather childish Spiderman panties, finally moved them to the side and grabbed Alex's penis .

Alex recovered just enough to wash himself, almost ignoring the fact that he was completely naked in front of Sarah.
Finally the girl took a towel and began to dry him.
She smiled at him, telling him again that he would be okay.
Eventually they went to the girl's room and Sarah told him that she would lend him a pair of her trousers because they were more or less the same size as her, Alex gratefully accepted.
As the two stood so close, for an instant their lips met. After a moment of confusion, the two began kissing passionately, Alex's large penis became erect again and he slipped out of the towel. Sarah, increasingly excited, took off her shirt and bra, remaining bare-chested.
