Hospital catheter ultrasound

Several months ago I was in the hospital and had to get a bladder ultrasound, I had a catheter inserted into my bladder that they clamped so that I physically couldn't pee, I also was on IV fluids which made me need to pee very often. After they clamped my catheter they said "see you in an hour" and then left. After 1 hour my bladder felt uncomfortably full but not bursting. 15 minutes later the nurse still hadn't shown up and my bladder was starting to bulge and my urge was intense, shortly after the nurse returned and wheeled in the ultrasound machine, I had to lower my underwear down and she tucked a towel in between my underwear and bare skin, she then applied the ultrasound gel and placed the probe against my bladder and pressed it around, after 15 minutes she wiped the gel off my bladder and unclaimed the catheter.

I bet that was the fastest way to fill that catheter bag.
