My full bladder XRAY

A couple weeks ago I had to get an xray of my bladder. I was told to be well hydrated the day of my xray, I arrived at the hospital at 10:00 am and drank two 500 mililitre bottles of water, the nurse gave me diuretics to help my bladder fill faster. At 10:30 am the nurse took me to the xray room and I already had to pee quite badly. They made me change into a hospital gown and they inserted an iv into my arm and injected xray dye into my arm, then I layed down on the xray table. I had to pee very very badly at this point, holding still during the 30 minute xray while trying not to pee was extremely difficult.

I bet it was a relief when you got to though, they either have you drink to much or pump you with diuretics. I have found it better to go empty and them give you stuff then drinking so much you want to explode of fullness or feel sick from all the water...

 Otherwise Then you just can't wait to get to the bathroom..
