uniloo 98
When upright with legs straight and in line with the body, it is obviously standing. When the back of the thighs and calves are touching with bum only a short distance off the ground, it is obviously squatting. But how much do the hips and knees have to be bent before standing becomes squatting and vice versa? Even sitting is not totally unambiguous, it is obviously sitting when bum and thighs are touching a horizontal seat, but what about one form of 'hovering' which some women adopt where they adopt the position (with thighs horizontal) as if sitting on a seat about an inch above the actual seat?
