Jmatthews1995 - Trip To Romania – Day 1 – Flying Out – Desperation Sighting

I was flying out quite early on the Wednesday. When I was on the plane I witnessed some rather cute desperation. There was a lovely lady about 3 rows ahead of me on the opposite side of the isle. The crew made the announcement that the plane was going to land soon and that people that needed the toilet should go now.
A couple of people went up, and she followed. The first two took quite a while. One was a lady with her child (Which took ages) the second was a middle aged lady.

By the time the first two had finished, the seatbelt light had come on, and one of the cabin crew ushered this lady back to her seat. I was watching with interest by this point.
She sat back down in her chair and put her belt on. The plane continued to descend for the next 20 minutes or so. The whole time this lady was checking the time on her phone. She kept looking around as if she was trying to find a crew member, but they had all sat as well.

Finally we landed, the pilot then announced that the terminal we were supposed to dock at was occupied and we had to taxi really slowly back. The woman looked gutted. She was obviously pretty desperate by now.
Finally we got to the docking spot for the plane. She was the first out of her seat. Grabbed her stuff out of the overhead compartment and pushed her way down to the door.
I saw her again in the airport after. She looked a LOT more relaxed!
