Easier for guys or girls to pee outside?

I will agree, right out the gate women have a slight advantage because of skirts and dresses. But most women aren't leaving the house without wearing underwear unless they are seriously into this kink/fetish. But they're not gonna be wearing skirts/dressing 100% of the time. 

With all of that being said, men have the advantage of being able to walk while pissing, not that women can't do the same but it's more natural for a guy. Plus guys can wear skirts as well (KILTS). 

All in all, men have certain advantages and disadvantages, and women have just as many advantages/disadvantages.

In my personal opinion, men and women have an equally easy/hard time peeing outside or in public.
