Hello! I'm extremely excited to finally post my first ever foray into actual happy desperation! (That doesn't have grim, dark parts in it that make you feel like shit... haha) Either way, the title may change, but I find that this current one fits quite well at the moment. I'm new to omorashi writing, smut, sex, and all the good stuff... so naturally I'm an amateur. Emma’s dilemma

The morning sun graced my room with its warm rays, waking me up from a pleasant dream.

A signal deep in the lush covers of my bed in my lower abdomen reminded me of what my plans were for today.

I smiled, then a thought earlier in the week surfaced. Do I want to go further with him?

I mean, we’ve been like this for a long while- almost five years, and I couldn’t tell if he said that to be endearing or he’s making his move…

No. Today marks the start of a week filled to the brim with excitement. I won’t let something like this ruin it, especially after he kept teasing me about it.

It didn’t take me long to take off my entire ensemble, then replace it with another set. Max 3 layers? Hmm…

I decided on a black knee-length skirt and some leggings, keeping my undies. Technically three.

For a shirt, I wore my favourite Metallica T-shirt from the Damage INC. 1987 tour then twirled in the mirror, pleased in my outfit of the day.

Before heading down for a quick bite, I snatched my tool bag, laptop bag, then finally my PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) satchel. Three bags in total. Holding a myriad of heavy equipment needs some muscle, and my thin but lean body provided all it could. Some would believe that usually people work out and exercise for such a physically demanding job, but all my effort comes from the entry-level jobs I managed to land in the summer of last semester. I would have probably earned more, but my college schedule isn’t really made for full-time jobs in mind. However, my current employer didn’t want to let me go, so he acquiesced to a part-time work schedule that is comfy with my college.

Lucky me. Not many bosses are like him.

Breakfast was a quick affair. I never liked eating in the morning, especially now with Aiden’s new plan for me, so I stopped myself from drinking more than a large glass of chocolate milk.

On the way out I locked my door and headed to my favourite car; 2010 Toyota Tacoma.

I don’t understand the trend with buying luxury cars when a simple pick-up truck 10 years old does the job well. Also, nice & spacious.

Now… every time I ride this truck, I remember my first time with Aiden and his one question that stuck to my mind, which could also be the reason why I won’t let this Tacoma go just yet.

I still remember it, even five years ago.

I would remember his never blinking gaze into my eyes as I sat there, waiting for him to call me out on such a stupid decision. Instead, he hugged me and promised to be there for me, always, no matter what.

Apparently, the doctors were really overreacting since my bladder is continuing to grow and yet there isn’t an issue with my body. I’m only twenty and it doesn’t look to have slowed down. Not that I’m sad, but sometimes I just wanna feel desperate for Aiden, not cut off a fun day cuz it took too long for me to really fill up... Hopefully, his new idea will improve our play time.

I arrived at the college campus within 20 minutes and exited after locking my trusty truck, heading inside the campus. I left behind my supplies since my class starts in only two hours. Plenty of time to play.

Our college used to have multiple buildings for different sectors which worked out, but the winter would stop most operations since the snow sometimes piled too high up. So, someone said fuck it and shoved all sectors into a single humongous building. There’s the Sector Elevator which cuts through each sector and it’s located in efficient locations that always have shortcuts leading to and from key areas. It made navigating campus a wholly different affair since it all feels like a big mall.

So far, we have six sectors. Starting from the bottom is my favourite, The skilled trades sector. Everything starting from metalworking to carpentry is done here. I belong in welding, it’s where my PPE satchel & tool bag shine. And me, I suppose.

Second is the engineering sector. Aiden used to operate there, but he changed to the fifth sector after choosing to let himself truly excel in the bio-medical engineering course. Oh, I skipped third and fourth. I don’t know much about them since they’re all subjects I used to fail in high school, but they’re pretty important, nonetheless. Third is the sciences, and fourth is Humanities. Basically psychology and all that mental jazz.

The sixth sector is a place that only the cream of the crop knows about. It’s where students from varying sectors who exceeded the expectations of every single professor, instructor, and peer alike collaborate on projects. They’re either inventing new tech or finding the meaning of life by going insane together. Either way, it’s too competitive for my likes.

Ah, by the time I bored myself with reminiscence I almost missed my stop. I exited the elegant elevator and found the familiar sterile white of a typical medical facility comforting. It’s always where I get to see Aiden.

It didn’t take me long to navigate the maze-like hallways of this sector and find my destination: The medical break room.

What? Expected something private and nice? That’s in my truck.

I already found Aiden waiting in his lab coat searching among the crowd for me- there we go. He probably snapped to notice the massive black beacon in the sea of pastel and white.

He abruptly stood, winced, then walked up to me like an eager puppy as he adjusted his satchel.

“Hey Ems. R-Ready to go?” He asked shakily.

The easy smile disappeared from my face as I really looked at him. He was gulping nervously and sweated like he just ran a triathlon twice while trying to engineer something in his breaks. Good god he looked like a mess.

“Aiden, what’s wrong?” I demanded more than asked.

He suddenly tensed, then returned to his nervous stance.

“I… need a piss worse than the first time we met.” He started out slow, then finished in a word vomit.

“O-Oh… Okay, then go on, I’ll wait here.” I said, bemused. I didn’t expect him to start our game like this.

“N-No… J-J-Just follow m-me.” He dragged me with him before I could even register what he meant by that.

What is he planning?

“Emma, you need to pee?” He asked out of nowhere. What? He never asked it like that. Usually controlled me until he decided to let me go.

I decided to be honest. He seemed really stressed and not in the mood for my snarks.

“No… I went like 20 minutes ago.”

“Good.” He gulped. “Let’s go to your truck.”

I easily followed beside him as we exited campus and then soon reached my truck. He was breathing heavily by the time he settled in the back and rummaged around his satchel. Aiden took out a long yellow tube that looked medical in nature. What…

From now on, starting this moment-“ he nervously huffed for a few seconds while staring at me, then continued. “You’re gonna be my personal bathroom, and either I live with you or you live with me for the next seven days. You’re not allowed to piss during that time. Okay?” He spoke quickly and nervously.

I was just… surprised. This is something new and I didn’t know what to do except gaze into his pleading eyes.

“… Nevermind. I-It was stupid to ask. I’ll just go outside.” He stammered.

I held him back. “Wait!”

Aiden gazed into my eyes, searching for an answer.

I always wanted a solution anyways. It’ll be fun.

“I’ll do this game… but I have a better idea. We go on until I truly lose control. Mmmkay?”

He hesitated for a moment, then relaxed as he took off his scrubs. I marveled at the bulge that seemed to extend one inch from his abdomen.

“I’m gonna insert this catheter into your urethra, then into mine. It’s key that you don’t push back, else it’ll go back into me.” He spoke with anxious calm. I nodded.

In simpler terms, It’s an over-engineered pump.” He concluded after seeing my somewhat lost expression.

“Soooo next time, I hook myself up to this thing instead of the one we just did?”

“Yeah. Plus, I’m going to need data and you’re a free source.” He winked.

I shivered, imagining what the week would hold for me as Aiden’s personal toilet.

“Are you okay?” He asked me, concern colouring his face as he put on his scrubs.

“I’m perfect, just wondering how long it’ll take before I hit a limit.” I mused aloud, lust hinting at the edge of my sentence.

Oh! Almost forgot my safety glasses and respirator. Last time I did was a fun time with the instructor chewing me out.

I won’t bore anyone with the details of welding. It’s a long, patient process of keeping your hand steady, at the right height, perfect travel speed, and last but certainly not least… Cleaning the goddamn tips since they get clogged with spatter every few passes.

I wouldn’t call it fun if you’re impatient, but there’s always been something about me and fire. Welding is not only my hobby, but it calms me.

Plus, when welding, you’re required to get into awkward positions to find that perfect position. I can’t wait to weld with a full bladder for once. Will I focus too hard on my piece? Will I get distracted and mess up, requiring me to redo the entire process all over again while desperate? I was practically salivating at the possibilities.

“Sure, why not. Where do we meet up?”

I heard some shuffling and a hurried gasp in the background.

I looked at myself in the mirror, posing and pulling on my clothes until something fit properly.

Aiden was beside me, buttoning a pastel cream shirt and some black jeans. A certainly… unique look. Never saw it before.

At first I decided on my only dress—a bit above the knee—but I felt a bit too exposed in it and then I asked Aiden for some of his own clothes. A weird look later and I was decked out in a black button-up shirt with Aiden’s smallest pair of grey office pants. I looked like I was going to a corporate meeting about the next child-labour statistics in the company and laughed at my own thought. I told Aiden the same.

“Well, at least it’s better than looking like you only shop from Hot Topic.”

I slapped him playfully.

After I finished, Aiden put on a blazer and the pastel shirt felt at home rather than sticking out like a sore thumb. I soon felt my bladder protest lightly when I crouched down to wear my shoes.

I pointedly ignored the steaming heat of the tea, with no time to cool it down.

The fourth and final mug left me a groaning mess; my stomach loudly growling and churning as I fought like hell to keep everything inside and not a puked mess. The waitress came by with the bill just as a wave of acidic tea fought to explode out of my mouth. I swallowed it down without a grimace as I let her scan my credit card.

Just after we paid and gave me the receipt, Aiden burst out of the seats and dragged me out to my truck.

He hobbled his way to the car as I fumbled my car keys, barely managing to open it in time for him to reach the doors. He opened the door and crawled in. I heard the familiar beep of his pump starting up.

He facepalmed, “No… Keenan roped himself in some weird skater group and I promised to be his buddy. Remember when I cancelled a long hold with you to go skate?” I nodded. “Yeah, we practiced all day over the long weekend, and Keenan has been trying to fit in a group after his first kickflip.”

“And now...?” I pushed.

“He got an in with some weird orc-themed skater group but they wanted to test him… for some reason he convinced them that I had to be with him in the test and here we are.” He explained quickly, climbing into the passenger’s seat while I did the same to the driver’s.

“Ok, my place or what?” I asked, starting up the truck with the GPS coming online.

“Uhhhhhhh no, my place has the skater-approved clothes for their theme. We can swing by your place for anything green.” He rattled off.

I entered Aiden’s place on the screen and within ten minutes we arrived. 50 minutes left.

We rushed our way into his apartment, and I waited in his living room as he dressed up. His place was rather nice since the last time I came here. Which wasn’t too long ago, maybe a week.

I nodded, eyes on the road. “Yeah, you didn’t.”

The hum of my truck’s engine filled in the silence that fell.

It was only when we approached the park did Aiden tell me to stop a few blocks away.

I could clearly see nervousness in his face, and I almost hurried him to tell me what.

“Uh… I need a piss. I can’t let Keenan down. It’s been on his mind all week, so I need to focus.”

A look of shock landed on Keenan, which suddenly crash landed into… anger?

“What the fuck? I thought we were single fo’ life, yo!?” he squeaked, again, and jumped away from me as if I was the plague.

“Keenan, chillax. She’s actually cool, not like a fuckboy’s girl.” Aiden interjected, a frown on his face.

“Nah, you broke the Bro Code! You promised all those years ago when we were twiddling our fuckin’ thumbs! No. Girls. Just. Us. Those were your words!”

“We were too young to know what the world holds for us. I ain’t wasting a chance to be with someone I love.”

“Someone you love!? Listen to yourself! I thought we were solid for-”

Aiden stepped forward, tensing up. “Listen Keenan. She and I are a package deal. Take it or leave it.”

Keenan had a look of consternation before smiling happily as if everything was okay. What the fuck?

“Aight man, we can talk bout this later. Let’s practice kay?”

Aiden nodded, but I still felt suspicious about the sudden change in attitude. Was this guy bipolar?

I looked around for somewhere to sit and decided on the bench near the edge of the park. It had a nice view of everything in the skate park without compromising my position. The moment I sat down, a pang reminded me of the latest batch of Aiden’s piss… and another came right after. This time, it didn’t feel like it’s brethren, more like urine added naturally. But from where would this much-

I didn’t know what happened the next 10 minutes. I’m not a skater, and all those tricks mushed and mashed into a blur of stunts made by green men. At one point, I couldn’t even recognize Aiden among the small tide of green zooming this and that way.

Soon enough, I took out my phone and busied myself with watching TiG welds by a local Journeyman. I’m a nerd of a kind, heh.

A pang more urgent than before pulled me back to reality, and I looked up to see them taking a break. Aiden was sitting on one of the ramps, water bottle in hand and looking straight at me. I smiled, giving him a wink to the bottle in his hand. He smiled back and proceeded to down the water in two gulps.

Wow.

He winked after that and announced his readiness to go.

I nodded in approval just as we broke eye contact.

Thank fucking god that ended. I had to watch them skate, do weird stunts with even weirder names for almost a whole hour.

I bent forward to stretch and subsequently winced at my bladder being crushed. Unsurprisingly, all that tea decided to make itself known in that hour. “So…” I did the same, a smile tugging my lips.

“… We’re a couple now.” He blurted, then blushed after he realized it.

“What else are we, doofus? Wanna go back to being friends with bennies?” I teased.

“No, god no.” He nearly begged.

“Good boy.”

I went back to the oven to check on the pitas when I felt his hand touch my crotch.
