Paper Toilet Seat Covers

Maybe it's just an American thing, but I can't figure out why there are almost no voyeur videos where girls place down a paper seat cover before peeing.

Do they simply not exist in the places where the majority of voyeur video are filmed?

Don’t think we have toilet covers here much in the UK 🤷‍♂️ 

I haven’t been in many public toilets that have them, gotta put toilet paper on the toilet seat if you want to not put your bum on the toilet seat 🙂
