Real accident

During the last lockdown i decided to try a bit of healthy living. One of the things i did was to stop drinking, the effect of that was after 3 days i was very constipated. To cure this i asked the retired nurse next door to give me some suppositories. After she put them in i got dressed and we sat chatting on the sofa drinking coffee. They suddenly started to work and i had cramps and a very powerful urge to go, i quickly stood up and clenched my bum tighly shut intending to waddle to the toilet. Without warning i started to wet my pants i could,nt pull back and stop the flow because that would of meant relaxing my bum, so i just had to stand there and pee myself. Eventually i ran to the toilet and cleand up and the nurse and I had a good laugh about it. Her atitudee was , these things happen.
