I've tried several, but the watersports rooms are usually empty, or full of men pretending to be women.  In over 25 years, I've only found one woman who would let me see her webcam, and it was over a grainy dial-up connection.  I get the restrictions on the commercial sites, but I can't spare the cash for them anyway.  I just want to find someone who will share over some neutral platform, like Skype.
