Not that great,but the other day I had to stop for petrol on my way home from work.I also needed to pee.After filling the car and paying at the counter,I headed for the toilets.As I reached the door it opened and a female member of staff came out.(only 1 unisex toilet).She looked a little  flustered so I reckoned she'd had to nip in for a pee quickly.After I entered and began peeing I couldn't help noticing the ripped toilet paper and the ever so slight musty smell.There was also visible drips of water in the sink where the previous user had just washed her hands.I like Unisex toilets.There should be more of them.
