Can't find a bathroom

This is a story from today. I forgot to use the bathroom at my house and so I was in public and I kinda had to pee a lot. I went into the first public toilet suspecting nothing and first started to hear water dripping. The bathroom was sloped down from the entrance and the entrance was at a 90° angle to the bathroom so you had to walk in and turn to go into the bathroom. As I walked in and went to go into a stall I looked at the toilet in the stall and water was overflowing out of it and was flowing out of the toilet onto the floor. I saw a river coming from it and went to go down to the other toilet and it was in 2 inches of standing water. At this point I really had to pee and didn't know what to do so I squatted down and peed into the lake of water on the floor. I feel really bad but I didn't know what to do.
