I think I was just too old to learn a new language at 29 and it wasn't something I was genuinely interested in. It was a requirement for a Bachelor of Arts degree. But I wasn't the only older student in the class. Next to me sat Alexa, a fitting name for a tall brunette with exotic eyes.
